Our family is happy to be using regenerative agriculture as our model for raising our grass-fed beef and lamb. It took a lot of patience, $$$, time (and a few intense moments/tears) to convert our farm to this model, but our family is overjoyed to be providing pastured meat & milk while supporting local soil and water conservation efforts.

We believe in eating with intention—choosing food that’s as close to creation as we can manage most days, and giving thanks for the rest.

Hi, I’m Leah!

I grew up here in southern Minnesota.

I am so happy to be raising these special animals with my family. My favorite work is raising our 5 children on a farm, letting us explore creation and rejoice in God’s many gifts together . . . the greatest of which is salvation found in Christ’s death and resurrection.
