We are elated to welcome Strawberry, our newest brown swiss cow, to our herd at Storybook Farm! Strawberry is from northern Wisconsin and will be one of our foundation family milk cows on the farm. She is in her second lactation, and is currently giving us around 4 gallons of fresh milk a day (once a day milking).
We appreciate the calm and quite in nature of Strawberry, and our other brown swiss, Raspberry. They spend their days grazing on our pastures and steadily come when called for their morning milking.
