I have some exciting news !
Our farm sold out our 2024 Grass-Fed Beef so quick I had to tell many of you we wouldn’t have more until 2025. You guys WOW it is encouraging to see so many choosing naturally-raised beef to nourish their bodies.
In an effort to serve more families we are purchasing 5 MORE Grass-Fed Beef Steers raised like we do on our farm from a dear Christian family we love and trust. These cows have grazed beautiful South Dakota prairies from birth – a visit to their ranch feels like entering the world of Laura Ingalls Wilder.
These beef steers will be finished on our lush Minnesota pastures. With all the rain we’ve had we are expecting the most delicious, well marbled grass-fed beef we have ever had.
These are the last 5 beef animals we will have available until next summer. I had a mad scramble to find last minute butcher dates for late August, September, and November 2024. You’ll get to choose your butcher date at checkout.
I also have been asked by just about every one of you if we accept online payment and have now been able to get that option set up!

And if a 1/4 or a 1/2 beef is just too much for your budget or freezer space right now, please let me know, we are working on getting individual cuts available from our farm as well this fall.
