IMPORTANT: CSA vs. Bulk Beef (Please Read)
We offer two different ways to buy beef from our farm — and they open at different times.
✔ Beef CSA — OPEN NOW
Our CSA shares require significant advance planning, so enrollment happens well ahead of harvest.
✔ Bulk Beef (Quarter / Half / Whole)
Bulk beef ordering opens in February.
Animals that are not committed to CSA shares are reserved for bulk customers at that time.
- If you’re looking for monthly, curated shares with no guesswork, the CSA is for you.
- If you prefer a large one-time bulk purchase, bulk ordering will be available later.
What Is the Beef CSA?
The Beef CSA is a monthly share of premium grass-fed beef, harvested each month while animals are still on pasture for optimal nutrient density and flavor.
Instead of storing hundreds of pounds at once, you receive a balanced variety of cuts each month — ground beef, roasts, steaks, and slow-cook favorites — portioned and ready for your freezer.
Many families tell us this is the easiest, most enjoyable way to eat farm-raised beef.
2026 Beef CSA Details
Season: August–December 2026
5 months • 6 total shares
(December includes a double share to carry you into winter)
Beef CSA Share
- Average 18 lbs per month
- 108 lbs total for the season
- Includes:
- Ground beef
- Steaks
- Roasts
- Stew & slow-cook cuts
Monthly Cost: $207
Deposit of $207 due by December 20th, 2025 to reserve your beef CSA slot. This deposit will be applied to cover the second share in December.
All beef is:
- 100% grass-fed and grass-finished
- Pasture-raised on our regenerative Minnesota farm
- Raised without hormones or antibiotics
- Carefully processed and packaged for quality and ease
