I pray this message finds you thriving! Benjamin and I are excited to share that all of our 2024 beef is heading to the butcher over the next few weeks. This is such a busy and fulfilling time, and we can’t wait to stock our farm store with delicious cuts and send quarters and halves home with amazing families like yours.
If you’ve reserved a share for this fall, keep an eye on your inbox! I’ll be sending you an email this week with instructions on how to request your cuts and details on when your meat will be ready for pick-up.
We are truly grateful for these healthy cows, raised right here on our diverse pastures. The process of nurturing them throughout the year has been a true labor of love, and we feel so blessed to provide your family with nutrient-dense, regeneratively raised beef.
But let’s take a moment to celebrate you! Your commitment to quality food and sustainable farming has made it possible for us to sell out beef shares completely this season. Thank you for being part of our community and for believing in our mission. Your support means everything!
Looking ahead, our next beef harvest will be ready in the summer of 2025 (July/August), and we’ll begin taking pre-orders in February. We plan to use the quieter winter months to get all our ducks in a row, so stay tuned if you want to reserve your share early!
